You’ll fool yourself even when you know the secret. Spectator mixes and even RIFFLE SHUFFLES their deck and the cards end up in pairs!!

Perform a personality reading from the other side of the planet. Developed by the master of Verbal Magic, Juan Tamariz, and presented by Dan Harlan, The Human condition is the perfect way to deliver a personality reading style effect on Zoom, Skype, even over the phone. Direct from Juan Tamariz’ amazing book Verbal Magic, this effect is a truly remarkable prediction that will leave your audience speechless.

Here’s what happens:

The audience removes a handful of red cards and a handful of black cards from the deck that represent the good and evil in all of us. These cards are thoroughly mixed together. The packet cards is legitimately cut, and legitimately riffle shuffled together. The spectator lays out pairs of cards from the shuffled packet face down on the table, and hides away the pair of cards. This final pair will represent the spectator’s inner good or evil. All of the pairs laid out on the table turn out to be perfectly balanced with one card red and one card black. The hidden away packet? It represents the spectator, and it has two red cards in it because everyone has a little good inside them.

Originally performed over the radio by Juan Tamariz, this effect is as amazing in person as it is over the internet. Expertly taught by Dan Harlan, you’ll learn the mechanics of the effect as well as a full presentation and the nuances to this personality reading style effect even though you aren’t in the same room. This simple to perform trick is a powerful effect that magicians of all skill levels will love. This is The Human Condition by Juan Tamariz, presented by Dan Harlan.
